This year's ISSF Junior World Cup will start at the SSZ Suhl on Thursday, June 1, 2023. A total of 545 athletes from 49 nations are expected at our sports facility (as of 23.05.). They will be accompanied by 190 coaches and officials. In total there will be about 1127 starts in the different disciplines air and small caliber pistol/rifle, trap and skeet (shotgun). However, the German Shooting Association is still receiving entries from all over the world for the World Cup, so the numbers may still change upwards.

During the World Cup, the entrance to the North Complex of the Shooting Sports Center Suhl (including armory, accreditation, air pressure and small caliber disciplines). only via the access road at the BMW car dealership Matthes (Hubertusstraße). Parking is available here after the archery field at parking lot 1. The direct access to the Erich-Krempel-Halle, administration etc. is restricted during the World Cup and only possible with access authorization.
The Shotgun range in the south complex can still be reached via the main entrance (Schützenstraße).
Those arriving via the Autobahn 73: The freeway exit of the Suhl-Friedberg junction coming from Suhl / Meiningen is closed due to construction work. Please also follow the current signposting / traffic guidance here.
